If you would like to make an appointment, please contact us by phone or email. Emergency calls and appointments are available, especially for new patients needing our help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. However, we ask that you call the 800# on the back of your insurance card and verify your chiropractic coverage, including deductibles and co-pays. We are committed to helping you afford the treatment you need. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. If you were involved in a motor vehicle accident or injured on the job, there is no out-of-pocket expense to you and we will bill the appropriate insurance company.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that we may offer your appointment to someone else in need of our services.
